At this time, Pelerine ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Pelerine accepts eligible returns for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available.

Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase.

Exchange & Store Credit Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning merchandise. Pelerine is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
